1. Information We Collect
When you use Hyper Padel, we collect the following information:
- Email address and password (for account creation)
- Full name and WhatsApp number (from your membership application)
- Profile photo (uploaded voluntarily)
- Skill level and match history
- Court booking records
- In-app activity (matches joined, tournaments entered)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your Hyper Padel account
- To match you with other players of similar skill level
- To display your profile on the leaderboard and match lobbies
- To process court bookings
- To send you notifications about match requests and updates
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Your information is shared only with:
- Supabase — our database and authentication provider (data stored in the EU)
- Google — if you choose to sign in with Google
- Other Hyper Padel members — your name, avatar, and skill level are visible within the app
4. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
5. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext. Profile photos are stored in Supabase Storage with access controls.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Withdraw consent at any time
